Shipping policy
Order Delivery Time
- We understand the importance of receiving your order prior to your event. If you have an upcoming deadline it is important to contact us directly to discuss your order to ensure your order will arrive on time.
- Please note: L's Personal Touch LL cannot be held responsible for shipping errors caused by 3rd party shipping companies.
- We recommend you choose an expedited shipping method when arrival time is critical. Shipping times listed during checkout do not include production time for your order.

Processing Time
- Approximately 3-12 business days (depends on the product and whether design approval is required).
- Processing time may be extended during our peak and holiday seasons.
- The majority of our personalized products do not require a mockup design approval. For those that do require approval, you will be sent a mockup of the design to the email used during the checkout process. You will have 12 hours to respond with your approval.
Shipping Time
- Please ensure all of your shipping information is complete and accurate prior to finalizing your order.
- We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
- Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the shipment.
- We ship our products via USPS and/or UPS but we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
- Once your order is accepted by the shipping company, we are not responsible for shipping delays, items damaged or lost while in transit.
- If you experience shipping issues, please contact the shipping company to start a claim and also notify us at sales@lspersonaltouch.com.
Shipping Issues and Address Corrections
- It is important that you provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Some shipping carriers will charge an address correction fee if the address number is wrong or the suite/unit/apartment number is missing or incorrect.
- Some shipping carriers will return shipments in this case as well.
- The buyer will be responsible for fees or return/reship fees that are incurred. Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur additional fees.
