Q. Can I have a custom design printed on a product?

A. Yes, we do have some products that allow you to change the colors of product elements and others that allow you to upload your images to make you own design creation.  You can also see a live preview of the design!

Q. Why is my custom design not visible in checkout or in my confirmation email?

A. While your custom design preview will show in the cart window, the system will not show the preview in the checkout window nor in your order confirmation email due to current system limitations.  However, no worries, for those types of orders, you will receive a mockup of your design on the product via email for your review.

Q. How long does it take to get my product after I place an order?

Q. Do you accept returns or provide refunds?

Q. What if my package is lost or late arriving to me?

A. We try to add new products frequently. However, we always open to new ideas!  If there is an item you need that is not listed on our website, please Contact Us and we will be happy to discuss your needs to see if we are able to create something special for you.  Please also refer to Section 9 of our Terms of Service policy.
