Refund policy

Refunds

  • Our products are personalized and/or custom-made specifically for you!  Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom nor personalized products because we cannot resell personalized/custom-made items.

Cancellations

  • We start processing your order as soon as payment is verified. Please review your order details carefully prior to completing your purchase.  Orders are final sale and are non-cancellable after the order is placed.  

Shipment Damages 

  • We are not responsible for items damaged while in transit. If your item was damaged while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to make a claim.  Please also inform us at sales@lspersonaltouch.com in case the carrier requires information from us to help resolve your issue. 

Personalization/Customization Concerns/Issues

  • Due to the nature of the differences in the various base products upon which your personalization or image may 
  • If you receive the wrong item or you believe there is a defect caused by us, please contact us at sales@lspersonaltouch.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery so that we can begin the inspection process.
    • Your full name, email address and best contact number
    • Proof of purchase (your order number and/or receipt)
    • Photo of the item with the issue
    • Your email to us must include:

Attempt to Make it Right

    • If based on the initial review of the photo, it is determine that the problem may be due to a manufacturer defect (i.e., We Messed Up), you will be asked to return the item to us for further inspection. 
    • To be eligible or even considered for a replacement, the item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  
    • We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • Note: Items sent back to us without authorization will not be considered.
